Sedibogolo is proud to be one of the few funeral administration companies that fully integrates modern technology into daily operations. Our digital platforms TPM and Aberra, allow for quick access to information, real-time monitoring, automated claims processing, and efficient record management.

Ease of Use: Our software is designed with the end user in mind it is simple and easy to learn, yet it contains more functionality than any of our competitors.

Multi-User: Any number of users can work simultaneously on the system from different workstations, there is no limit to the number of users you can have. Multi-Branch: Any number of branches can access the system from anywhere in the country using the internet.

Audit Trail: The system automatically records all activities like payments , payments reversals, member cover changes, etc. The business owner can explore the audit trail and look for suspicious activities. Each recorded transaction will provide the person’s name, details of transaction as well as the date and time.

Death Claims: This module handles the process of recording all activities and claimant details related to the claim.

SMS: A built in SMS system lets you send SMS’s to any individual member by clicking on his cell phone number. Bulk SMS’s can be sent to various groups of people, for example all members that are behind with payments.

Reporting: Reports are available everywhere in the program. Reports can be viewed on screen, printed or exported to Excel for further analysis of your data. System Costs: If you have more than 100 policies, then the system is for free
